• Does Creatorscope auto-post to my channel?

  No. Creatorscope reads from your channel and helps you think — it never publishes, edits, or deletes anything. The Oracle scores titles, the voice model drafts scripts, the radar watches competitors. You move them into your channel manually, when you're ready.

• What data do you read from my YouTube account?

  Your videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, retention curves, view counts, comments, and channel analytics — all read-only, via the official YouTube Data API. We never request write scopes. Full breakdown in the Privacy page.

• Does it work on faceless channels, non-English channels, or vertical-only?

  Faceless: yes — voice model trains on your written hooks and on-screen text, not your face. Non-English: yes, but the AI quality varies by language; Swedish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Dutch are tested. Shorts-only / vertical-only: works, but most surfaces (Oracle, Pipeline, voice model) are tuned for longer-form. Shorts get their own dedicated tab.

• I'm one person. Will this work if it's just me?

  Yes — Creatorscope was built for solo channels first. Two-channel founder operation, no team-only features. If you grow, multi-seat is on the roadmap.

• What happens to my data if I cancel?

  Your account stops syncing immediately. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then we wipe it. You can also request immediate deletion by email and we'll do it the same day.

• Do I have to be a review channel? I make vlogs / POV / lifestyle content.

  No — Creatorscope works for any serious channel, not just reviewers. The Voice model trains on YOUR hooks regardless of whether they open a review or a POV ride. The Oracle scores YOUR titles against YOUR channel's ceiling, not a global review-channel benchmark. The Briefing reads from YOUR data — if you're a motorcycle vlogger, today's top move is about YOUR motorcycle content, not someone else's product launch. The 'Your Patterns' surface (rolling out now) mines your own performance data — length sweet spot, top-performer hook patterns, extend-your-hits suggestions — so the ideas come from what's worked for YOU, not from researching products. Reviewers love it because the data model is rich; vloggers love it because the workflow is theirs.

• How is this different from TubeBuddy or vidIQ?

  TubeBuddy and vidIQ are browser extensions for keyword research and tag suggestions. Creatorscope is a workspace for the writing and decision-making BEFORE you record: a voice model that drafts scripts in your voice, an Oracle that scores titles against your channel's ceiling, a daily briefing that tells you the one move that matters today. Different category — we're not competing on analytics depth.

• What's the trial like? Will I get charged automatically?

  14 days, no card required to start. You connect Google, you get the briefing, you can run the voice model and Oracle as many times as the day's quota allows. On day 14 the trial ends — we don't auto-charge. You'll get a heads-up email on day 11 and day 13, and if you don't subscribe, the dashboard goes read-only.

• How accurate is the voice model? Will scripts actually sound like me?

  It trains on your last 200 hooks, your written words, your verbal tics, your pacing. The first draft after onboarding lands at roughly 70-80% match — close enough to be useful, far enough that you'll want to edit. The drift indicator shows you which sections sound least like you. After two or three videos worth of feedback, it tightens.

• Can I export everything if I leave?

  Yes. Settings → Export gives you a ZIP with every script, every saved title, every research note, every voice transcript, every brand deal record. JSON for structured data, markdown for prose. We never hold your work hostage.

• Is there a launch promo code?

  Yes — use CREATORSCOPE3 at checkout for 3 months free on any plan. Valid for first-time customers only. Stacks with the 14-day trial: connect Google, use the product free for 14 days, then if you upgrade with the code, you get another 3 months on the house. After the 3 months, your normal plan price kicks in.

• Do you integrate with my editor (DaVinci, Premiere, Capcut)?

  Not as plugins. Scripts can be exported to plain text, marked-up script docs (with section timing), or copy-pasted into a teleprompter. The pipeline's editing column links out to wherever you keep the working file. A Frame.io / Vimeo integration is on the roadmap for late 2026.

• What about pricing — what does each tier actually unlock?

  Hobbyist (€19/mo) is one channel with the voice model and Oracle title scoring, capped at 5 scripts a month — built for weekly creators who want the brain without the full workshop. Pro (€89/mo) is one channel with everything: unlimited scripts, the editor, daily briefing, pipeline, radar, brand-deal CRM, title workshop. Founder (€299/mo) is Pro plus three channels, a 30-min monthly 1-on-1 with Alex, priority support, and first look at new surfaces — capped so the calls stay real.

• Do you have a refund policy?

  Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. If Creatorscope isn't working out, email us within 30 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full — no questions, no exit interview. If you're in the EU, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and you can exercise it yourself in Settings → Billing.

• What's on the roadmap?

  Multi-seat (Studio+Agency, Q3 2026). Frame.io & Vimeo links inside the pipeline (Q4). Live cross-channel comparison (compare your channel vs. three competitors side-by-side, Q4). A dedicated mobile briefing app — phone-first morning read — early 2027. Mostly we focus on making the existing surfaces sharper.
