Does Creatorscope post to my channel?
No. It reads your channel through YouTube's official API and never posts, edits or deletes anything on it. Titles, scripts and descriptions stay in Creatorscope until you copy them into YouTube Studio yourself.
What does it read from my YouTube account?
Your uploads with their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and stats, the top comments on recent videos, and your channel analytics, including views, watch time, retention and revenue per video.
It downloads the captions of your videos when you ask, for the writer. Google only allows caption downloads under a broad permission (youtube.force-ssl), so its consent screen sounds bigger than what we do. We use it for captions and nothing else. Every permission is listed on the Security page.
I make documentaries and vlogs, not reviews. Is it for me?
Yes. Reviews and stories get different help. For an episode, a vlog, a take or a tutorial, a producer asks you what happened, one question at a time, and keeps a fact sheet in your own words. Drop in a transcript, a scene list or a rule book of up to 50 MB.
The writer works from that sheet and nothing else, and a fact check lists every sentence that says more than you did. Everything else, from the Oracle to the Briefing, reads your channel the same way whatever you make.
What does "AI runs a day" mean?
Every time you ask the AI for something, that's one run: a script, a set of titles, a research pass, an Oracle verdict. A PDF with picture pages costs one run per picture page it reads. The twice-daily sync doesn't count, and neither do the reply drafts and radar notes it brings in.
The count resets at midnight UTC. Free gets 50 a day, Hobbyist 500, Pro 1,000 and Founder 3,000.
What happens to my data if I cancel or delete my account?
When a paid plan ends, or you remove our access in your Google account, the data we pulled from YouTube is deleted 30 days later: your videos' details and stats, comments and captions. Your account, scripts and research stay, so you can pick up where you left off.
Want it all gone now? Delete your account in Settings. Everything goes at once, your subscription is cancelled and our Google access is revoked.
I'm one person. Is this for me?
That's who it's for. Creatorscope is built for one person running a channel, or a few channels. There are no team seats. Each account is one person.
What does each plan include?
Every plan has every feature. Plans differ in how many channels you run and how many AI runs you get a day.
Free: 1 channel, 50 runs a day, no card. Hobbyist, €19 a month: 1 channel, and you can add a second, 500 runs a day. Pro, €89 a month: 3 channels, 1,000 runs a day. Founder, €299 a month, by application: 10 channels, 3,000 runs a day and a monthly call with Alex.
How do the free plan and the trial work? Will I be charged?
The free plan needs no card and doesn't run out. Hobbyist and Pro start with 14 days free. You add a card at checkout, and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up.
We email you 3 days before the trial ends and again the day before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. You can cancel from Settings.
Will the scripts sound like me?
That's the aim, and you'll still edit. The writer pulls excerpts from the captions of your own published videos, plus any samples you upload, and borrows how you open, how you sign off and the phrases you come back to. It doesn't train on any of it.
Every section gets a voice score from 0 to 100, so you can see where it drifts. Fetch your captions on the Voice model tab first. It can only borrow from what it has.
Does it work for faceless, non-English or Shorts-only channels?
Faceless: yes, as long as you talk in your videos, because the writer works from your captions. If there's no speech, upload scripts or samples you've written.
Non-English: it reads captions in any language and picks English when a video has both. It's built in English, so read the first scripts closely before you trust it in another language.
Shorts-only: the Oracle, the Briefing and Patterns count Shorts like any upload, but the writing tools are made for longer videos. The Shorts tab finds moments in your long videos worth cutting down.
How is this different from TubeBuddy or vidIQ?
TubeBuddy and vidIQ are best known for keyword research, tags and SEO scores, much of it inside YouTube Studio. Creatorscope has no keyword tools. It works on the video itself: deciding what to make, the research and the script, the title and thumbnail, and what the upload taught you afterwards.
Where is my data stored?
In Dublin. The app runs in Vercel's Dublin region and the database is Turso, also in Dublin. The Security page has the detail.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In Settings, open a channel's Remove dialog and choose "Export my data first". You get one JSON file with that channel's videos and stats, comments, ideas, competitors, scripts and analytics. Removing is a separate step, so exporting changes nothing.
Does it work with my editing software?
There are no plugins for DaVinci Resolve, Premiere or CapCut. You can copy a script out in one click with the B-roll notes stripped, or read it from the built-in teleprompter.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. Every payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email within 30 days of a charge and it's refunded in full. In the EU you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can use yourself in Settings > Billing.
